1. Who this is for
These guidelines apply to everyone on Maarwell: members, practitioners and studios. They sit alongside our Terms of Service.
2. What's not allowed
We remove content, and may suspend accounts, that:
- Harass, threaten or demean anyone, including in messages.
- Make sexual advances or share sexual content in messages, sessions or classes.
- Promise cures, or tell someone to stop medical treatment.
- Push someone to pay or meet outside Maarwell, or ask for private details they didn't offer.
- Use someone else's photos, name or credentials, or post fake reviews.
- Spam, scam, or show misleading prices and offers.
- Share someone's private details without their permission.
3. How reports work
Use Report on any profile, class, event, review or conversation and tell us what happened. Only the Maarwell team sees your report; we never tell anyone who sent it.
If someone is in immediate danger, call 112 first.
4. What happens after a report
We review every report. If something breaks these guidelines, we may hide it, email the owner a warning, or suspend the account. Serious or repeated issues lead to suspension.
If you left an email, we tell you when we've decided. If we hid something of yours and you think we got it wrong, reply to the warning email and we'll look again.
