Meet Harbour Light Studio
Harbour Light is a small coastal studio in Cascais built around unhurried, well-taught movement. We run mat pilates, breathwork and restorative yoga in groups of eight or fewer, so nobody is left following along from the back row.
The room faces the water and gets full morning light. Mats, blocks and bolsters are provided; bring yourself and whatever is on your mind that day.
